Join Our Creative Pool

PrideArts hires on a show-by-show basis, typically beginning three months before each production. If you're a director, actor, or designer—set, costume, lighting, video, or props—we’d love to keep your resume on file.

We also welcome choreographers, music directors, and other creative collaborators to share their talents with us. Submit your info, and we’ll be in touch when the perfect role opens up.

New Play Submissions

PrideArts is always looking for new and innovative scripts to produce. If you would like for your script to be considered for an upcoming season, following is a list of requirements:

  • Must be “queer-centric”. Not all characters need to be queer but the story should revolve around a queer character.

  • Can be either a play or a musical

  • Script cannot have been previously produced

  • No more than 8 people in the cast

  • Minimal technical requirements

  • Script should be no longer than 2 hours

Send us just a synopsis of your script. Please do not send the entire script. It will not get read. Include a cast breakdown, technical requirements and any other pertinent information. If your synopsis intrigues us, we will be in contact. Please do not send any follow-up emails.
